A Weekend with Mario Frangoulis
On Saturday, November 1st, join Mario Frangoulis at the Phidippides Award Gala Dinner at 7:00 pm at Terrace
on the Park in Flushing Meadows, at which time the Phidippides Award
for Passionate Advocacy of Hellenism will be bestowed upon him.
Television Journalist Andrea Stassou will serve as Gala Chairperson.
Then, on
Sunday, November 2nd, a benefit concert by the internationally
acclaimed tenor, Mario Frangoulis will be held at the Tribeca
Performing Arts Center in Manhattan at 5:00 pm. Mario, also a trained
actor, will recite and perform music set to the poetry of Nikos Gatsos.
